You Are What You Eat.

Everybody fits somewhere in the food chain. Because of this we are what we eat. Animals eat only physical food. Man eats physical, emotional, mental and spiritual food, depending on where he is placing his attention. We are the sum total of these four foods.

Everybody understands about eating physical foods. Let's take it one step farther; you also eat mental food. Mental food, includes the books, magazines, newspapers, movies, DVD's and TV programs that you read and look and listen to.

Mental food also includes what thoughts you let into your mind as well as what you say and hear in your daily conversations. You cannot stop the thoughts sent to you from others; but you do have the power to accept or reject them.

You also eat emotional foods. The Law of Resonant Frequencies, makes a telephone connection between you and your Mom, Dad, Grand Parents , sisters, brothers, children, spouses and lovers, (Both living and passed on.)

Until you become more conscious and understand these energy connections you are apt to accept all the emotional feelings that bombard you on a daily basis and believe that they are your own. You will EAT them.

If you receive a negative fear feeling from your mother and believe that this fear originates in you; you become fearful. You become what you EAT, or accept.

The first and most important step to stopping these fear foods is to consciously understand where many of these thoughts originate from and not accept them as your own.

Time does not play a factor in emotional rapports or connections. You can be emotionally connected with discarnate entities as well as living ones.

And they do not necessarily have to be family or ancestors. You could have picked up an obsessing or possessing discarnet entitie during the day or night from other people, places or events you experienced.

Do you have any idea of how many of these discarnate entities hang around disco's ( where people are drunk or on drugs or both, and unconscious) and theaters that show horror movies? But they can dwell any where, but especially crowded places, even hospitals where they feed off people's fear and misery.

When you go into one of these crowded places and feel a change of attitude or feeling you might want to stop and ask yourself, "Who have I just eaten?" or "Who has just eaten me?"

You also eat spiritual food. The religion you belong to, the God/ Goddess you worship or meditate upon; your daily meditations (are they passive or dynamic?), your inner belief systems; the spiritual meetings, literature and groups you belong to.

Do you know for certain who or what is the motivating power, force or energy behind any of the spiritual food you eat and allow into your system?

Do you just go with the present fad or group of the month?

Do you try to connect with spiritual teaching form the past that has not only lost it's power but has degenerated into an egregor (thought form) that may be harmful to you?

There are two major souces of spiritual teachings. One is based upon salvation where a particular God or Goddess, or UFO or the Seventh Calvary is going to come and save you.

The other is timeless and based upon Natural Law. This is the process of Self-Transformation where you must do it YOURSELF.

You become what you EAT.

What did you eat today, that you will become tomorrow?

If you do not understand yourself, how can you expect others to understand you?

An old Rosicrucian saying "Marry yourself first, before you marry another."

Have you taken time to study the occult sciences such as Astrology and Numerology? They will give you a good understanding of your energy system, your timing in life and your strengths and weaknesses.

Gurdjieff tells us that we have many negative "I's" inside of us. These negative "I's" fight for control of our lives, and when they win they cause misery, pain and suffering to not only ourselves, but others around us.

Are you aware of the negative "I's" within yourself" Can you name them? Have you studied a methodology where you can learn to control them or transmute them?

I.F, one of my great teachers, talked about "P.P.P's" or (Pressure Points from the Past) caused by painful negative experiences. They lie hidden in your Psyche and come roaring out when pricked.

Are you aware of your "P.P.P's?" And what can prick them? There are also methods of controlling and transmuting them.

Shut-up; Slow down; Stop! These are three commands from the ancient wisdom teachings that give us a chance to re-focus our lives.

Dion Fortune, the great occult writer once said, "Be careful of what you say, for every word out of your mouth, you will have to EAT one day!"

The new Laws of Quantum Physics tell us that thougts are things. Words are verbalized thoughts. These thoughts enter the infinite Ocean of Thinking intelligence energy called the Quantum Ocean, Mind of God. Then they are projected back into our lives.

Learn to say less and when you feel you have to say something, say it slowly and quietly. Then STOP!

Since thoughts are things we must stop thinking, criticizing and complaining about others and their state of affairs. We should learn to mind our own business and learn not to add to the chaos of society.

Focus on your own essentials, which are happiness, security, health, and good relationships. We need to focus on GOOD VIBRATIONS. Not fear, anger, sadness etc.

Slow down, raise your level of consciousness and you will help yourself, your family and all around you more than 1,000,000 words.

Consciousness is a rate of vibration. The more conscious, the higher and finer the rate of vibration.

"We become the thing we see or think about."

Your mind is God over all the cells in your body and they are constantly listening to you.

Do NOT do anything for anyone unless you can do it for yourself first. Or else you become like the the 500 pound Doctor who teaches people how to loose weight.

Sickness is a belief within you that you have a poor connection with ever present, infinite amount of life force that surrounds us. Dig out and discard all your false beliefs.

To work intelligently with your life is to continuously offer up true prayers to God.

Or as we say in the 21st Century of Quantum Physics, to send intelligent thoughts into the Quantum Ocean, Mind of God.

Consciousness is not a memory, nor is it thought, nor is it feeling, nor is it sensation nor movement.

In a human being it is his place on the scale of evolution. A human's level of consciousness tells us his/her place on the scale of Creation.

The Laws of Quantum Physics tell us that there exists an infinite ocean of thinking intelligent energy called the Quantum Ocean. It is the Mind of God. Within this Quantum Ocean, all that ever was, is or will be exists.

The purpose of life is for man to continually raise his level of consciousness, to become more God-like. The higher his/her level of consciousness the closer to God. Understand that there are an infinite number of levels of consciousness within the Quantum Ocean, Mind of God.

On this planet which is just a very tiny physical manifestation of what is in the Quantum Ocean, Mind of God, we can define 5 levels of Consciousness groupings.

The level of consciousness of the rock and mineral world; the level of consciousness of the vegetable, plant, and flower wourd; the level of consciousness of the animal world; the level of consciousness of the Mass-Man minded world; and the level of consiousness of the individual wisdom seeking man/woman.

The level or consciousness of any of the inhabitants of any of the five groupings above tell us their place on the Ray of Creation. The more consciousness, the closer to God, the higher on the scale or ladder of creation.

Only consciousness can increase consciousness. This is the parable of the sower in the Bible.

If you use your consciousness (the Gold Coins given to you by the Master.) you raise your level of consciousness, If you hide, don't use or bury your consciousness you will lose it.

Before you can advance to a higher place of consciousness, to a higher plane than the physical you must develop self control. Self-control implies a control of your thoughts, your feelings, emotions and your actions.

By controlling them, you become more conscious of them. As you become more conscious of your thoughts, emotions and action you are rewarded with more Gold Coins of Consciousness.

With more Gold Coins of Consciousness, you can develop more self-control. With more self control you can earn more Gold Coins. It is a win, win situation.

When your physical energy is low you attract negative (unconscious) force fields into your life. Your physical energy empowers your Aura which is a protective shield around your physical body. It is like Scotty's (Star Trek) force shields. He put them up to protect the starship Enterprise. When your physical energy is low and your needle is about to go into the "red", STOP! STOP EVERYTHING, rest and relax.

If you allow your physical energy to go into the red, your level of consciousness drops, your Aura weakens and it becomes a vacum instead of a shield. it will suck in negative events and people into your life.

ALL is energy. You are energy, the Quantum Ocean is energy. Your physical body is the battery that powers your level of consciousness and your protective Aura.

If you allow the needle to get into the RED, you will invite NEGATIVITY into your life. DO NOT ALLOW THIS TO HAPPEN TO YOU!

In part one I showed how all ancient wisdom teachings can be updated and re-written using the Laws of Quantum Physics.

All that went before, for the past 2000 years, the Age of Pisces was correct in it's own way.

It was the time of "I Believe." It was the time of the middle man, the time of allegories, myths and secret teachings.

Now that we have entered the Age of Aquarius ( for the next 2000 years) it is the Age of "I Know." There is no more middle man. We will all be led to know what we need to know.

It is interesting that the two tools that the Age of Aquarian has given us "To Know" are the Internet and the Laws of Quantum Physics.

We will need to fully understand what the masters who wrote the Ancient wisdom texts said, without parables, allegory or secret meanings.

Let us continue with the updating of the Bhagavad Gita.

"He who lusteth in his lust without peace, and is forever the plaything of disturbing desire."

Thoughts are things and every thought you think connects you to the energies of the Quantum Ocean (Mind of God.) When you add emotion (lust) to your thoughts they are very powerful.

What do you think brings all energy out of the Quantum Ocean and into your Aura? What you carry in your Aura attracts your life. Lustful energies in your Aura will plague you for a very long time attracting lustful people, places and events.

The Age of Aquarius is the time for precise unemotional thinking.

"there are two roads to peace, right thought and right action."

When you practice right thought, (unemotional and precise thinking) you will attract harmonious and peaceful energies out of the Quantum Ocean into your life.

When you follow these right thoughts with right action you will enjoy a peaceful life.

"All the Universe is in constant activity."

The Quantum Ocean (mind of God) contains the all. what ever was, is or will be is contained in this infinite ocean of intelligent living energy.

Our physical Universe 'blinks in' and 'blinks out' of the Quantum Ocean periodically. Galaxies, planets and humans 'blink in' and 'blink out.'

The only constant in the Universe is CHANGE.

"No one can remain inactive."

We are energy beings, all are related to an infinite number of other energies and we are constantly being acted upon. We cannot remain inactive in the this constant stream of energies.

Even if we locked ourselves in our homes and sat in the park in our favorite easy chairs, we would still be bombarded by energies.

We do have the power to decide which energies we will accept into our consciousness. And which energies we will act upon.

"Take hold of the work which lies nearest to hand."

Our physical reality is the sum total of all our thoughts, emotions and actions of this and past incarnations. These thoughts manifest into people, places and events.

Work on the ones that are predominant in your life each day. When they are worked out, others will rise. Learn to live one conscious day at a time.

If you continually and consciously handle each day and work it out, you can live a thousand lifetimes in one lifetime.

"Perform thy dutiful and proper tasks, unattached and free."

You have chosen the people, places and events of your day with your thoughts of all your yesterdays.

Do not be emotional or attached to them. Just work the out.

Teachings of the Masters

The following are some of the occult seed thoughts my teacher I.F. passed on to me 30 years ago. He called them occult seed thoughts because the truth of them lies hidden, like the corn kernel lies hidden in the seed. Patience was one of his key words. He said that these occult (hidden) seed thoughts would lie deep in my consciousness until I was ready to consciously understand them.

I.F. was a true master teacher and I miss our morning talks. For seventeen years; I went to I.F.'s apartment in Seagate, Brooklyn, N.Y.

I would bring the bagels and cheese and he would have the coffee ready. His two bedroom apartment was furnished very simply. In the living room there was a card table with two folding chairs, facing each other. An old piano was on one wall, a stuffed couch was on the other. And there were books, books, books, from floor to ceiling.

We would sit facing each other and eat our bagels and drink our coffee. When we finished, he would start the lesson. He, myself and the whole room transformed to a different dimension.

Most of the knowledge and wisdom that he shared with me was verbal. But he also had over 100 spiral notebooks of occult knowledge that he had personally written. I was allowed to read them and hand copy notes into my notebook.

He was a true unassuming master, who did not proselytize. He would only take 4 students at a time.

I would like to share some of the occult seeds with you. Be patient and give them a chance to grow.

"No one can enter the worlds of higher consciousness who has not passed the discipline of Saturn.(Lord of Matter, Child of the Gates of time."

The planet Saturn is very powerful and he makes two or three circuits of the houses of our astrological charts. At ages 28 and 56, he starts his second and third Saturn cycles. If we do not restructure our lives according to his demands, he will remain her in the darkness.

"For those who are asleep and unawakened, their lives appear easier and simpler."

When you start on the path towards higher Consciousness, life seems to get very difficult. This is because you are passing through a period of Purificatio (spiritual alchemy.) This brings many inner and outer changes that may cause pain. Your old useless toys are taken away from you. When you look around at the masses, they seem happier.... But they are attempting to climb Spiritually and are basically Spiritually stagnate.

"You must limit (focus) yourself in order to get power, like steam confined in a boiler."

Simplify your life. Stop all unnecessary expenditures of energy. Use your energy to build your higher body and to clean your inner cup.

"Your inner man/women must be renewed day by day or it will be drowned in the uproar of life!"

Our 24 hour period is very special. The Sun goes to sleep at night and renews itself in the morning. It is the same with us. Upon awakening, we must spend our renewed energy on ourselves first, on our goals, meditations and spiritual studies before we go out into the world. Once we step out into the world, life (the masses) it will suck the energy out of us. Pay yourself first! And watch where you place your attention.

"The energy of consciousness is different from the energy of Life."

Everything is energy. Energy is in relationships on ascending and descending octaves of vibrations. Consciousness exists on a higher level of vibration than does the energy required to live life.

"Consciousness is not memory, nor is it thought, nor is it feeling, nor is it sensation or movement." It is the energy that lifts one above the physical place to higher states of consciousness.

When the Chinese speak of the Tao, they are talking of higher consciousness.

Gita Updates

One of the greatest Ancient wisdom texts in the 'Bhagavad Gita', to over simplify, is the conversation between God and Krishna and a warrior Arjuna. It takes place on a battle field between the two opposing armies.

Arjuna does not want to fight and kill his relatives in the opposing army.

Krishna tells him that since this incarnation has put him here on the battlefield, it is his duty to fight and kill. He would not be here if his path had not led him here.

Besides Krishna tells him (one of the very powerful ideas of this ancient text), NOBODY DIES! There is no death just a passing into another realm and back again.

The ancient text is a wonderful pretext to the 21st century Laws of Quantum Physics.

A main purpose of all spiritual writers at this time should be to update the ancient texts, like the Bhagavad Gita into modern language and to use the words and tools of Quantum Physics to do this.

It would take many years to fully update the Bhadavad Gita. I will start with just a few of the comments that Krishna told Arjuna.

It is the updating of Ancient Texts that the Age of Aquarius demands of us.

The Laws of Quantum Physics tell us that there is an infinite Ocean of living, thinking, energy called the Quantum Ocean. It is the mind of God.

Everything that ever was, is or will be is contained in this ocean. You and I are Souls (small
brain cells in the mind of God) who reside forever in the Quantum Ocean.

We blink out (reincarnate) and "blink" back in,(die) continuously.

Our individual thoughts affect the Quantum Ocean by manifesting into our physical reality what we think about.

Let us look at the Bagavad Gita and update some of it.

"Work for the duty of the real self alone."

When our soul 'blinks out' of the Quantum Ocean, it does so with a purpose. Each Soul has a purpose to fulfill and it should be the primary motivation for which it's physical life depends upon. All else is secondary.

It is when we interfere with the journey and purpose of other Souls, that chaos prevails.

"Remember the source of all things." Krishna infers that he, God, is the source of all things.

The Laws of Quantum Physics tell us that the Quantum Ocean, the mind of God, is the source of all things.

"Think of the Gods, that the Gods may think of you."

Think that there is a higher ordering force in the Universe than yourself. These thoughts will attract higher people, places and events into your life out of the Quantum Ocean.

"Ask me that you may receive."
Asking is a thought form. All thoughts are answered by the infinite intelligent, living energy of the Quantum Ocean.

Krishna's final words,:
"Do your own duty, not anothers."
"Doeth the task at hand."
Learn all you can about the Laws of Quantum Physics. Then interpret the ancient wisdom teachings yourself.

We are now between two great cycles. We are in a transition period. The Age of Pisces is dying and taking all of its structures which have been built over the last 2000 years with it.

The Age of Aquarius is being birthed. The structures we are to use for the next 2000 years have yet to be manifested and formed out of the mind of God (Quantum Ocean.)

We have two very powerful tools out of the Age of Aquarius at our disposal now. They are the Internet, with it's ever increasing volumes of information. And the Law of Quantum Physics, which gives us the tools to create a better reality for ourselves.

It is very important now that you build yourself a good, strong foundation. Or else the winds of chance will blow you away. Build a strong foundation based on Cosmic principles. This
will help you endure and survive these difficult times known as the "Wolf - Age" and the age of "Kali -Yoga!"

My teacher, I.F. used to tell me to drive the tent peg of cosmic principles deep into the ground (like they do with a circus tent), tie one of my legs to it and prepare for the winds of Chaos.

The Age of Aquarius that we have just entered into is an Age of Science or energy. Words and definitions are only verbal levels. They are labels and must be used carefully.

The truth of any person is their individual energy field. Not what you choose to name them or "label" them.

Your energy field, especially your emotional psychic nature, constantly sends out signals.

These emotional signals attract people, places and events to you.

In this "Wolf Age," you must get control of your emotional (psychic nature) or you will attract wolves, which are predators, and you do not really want.

To fully understand the ancient wisdom teachings you must understand that the Gods speak to us with symbols and allegories. Man uses words. Allegory and symbols are the keys to ancient writings.

The Age of Aquarius which has given us the Laws of Quantum Physics will soon make all these allegories and symbols clear so that we can understand them.

But we have only just entered the Age of Aquarius, for the past 50 years. We have 1950 years to go. So it will take time.

The mind of God is unknowable to man except through the motions, actions and consciousness of his particular manifestations. What part of God are you manifesting Look around yourself. The mind of God is composed of the motions and actions of your own consciousness.

The overall process of evolution is this mind of God - Universe - Galaxies - Solar Systems - our Sun - our Earth and you in that order.

You and everyone else is integrated and affected by the overall process.
